【摘要】 目的:为评价眼型Graves病人发生视神经病变危险程度的影像学表现提供解剖学依据.方法:取眶尖至眼球后极4个连续冠状层面测量.结果:眶尖至眼球后极连线的中点位置冠状面上,眼球外肌面积之和占相应眶面积的比率最大,占29%±4%;同时,此冠状面上,在经过视神经断面的水平线或垂直线上,水平肌厚度之和占相应眶宽的比例及垂直肌厚度之和占相应眶高的比例亦最大,分别占40%±6%和40%±8%.结论:测量眶尖至眼球后极连线中点位置冠状面上眼球外肌的相关值可推断眼型Graves病人发生视神经病变的可能性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide anatomical proof for evaluating evolutive fatalness of optic neuropathy in Graves’ Ophthalmopathy patients in imaging. Methods:The data on 4 consecutive coronal sections from orbital apex to posterior globe were obtained. Results:The maximal percentage(29%±4%) of orbital area occupied by EOMs’ areas was on the section which is in the middle from orbital apex to posterior globe.And on the same section, the maximal ratios denoting orbital width occupied by lateral and medial rectus along a horizontal line through optic nerve or orbital height occupied by superior rectus/levator muscle complex and inferior retus along a vertical line through optic nerve were also acquired,which were 40%±6% and 40%±8% respectively. Conclusion: The developing likelihood of optic neuropathy in Graves’ Ophthalmopathy patients can be evaluated through the measurements of orbital image which is situated in the middle from orbital apex to posterior globe.更多还原
