【Abstract】 Baicalin was extracted by different concentrations of ethanol aqueous solution. The extracting rate of cream, yield and content of Baicalin were determined and compared with those gotten by water extracting ethanol precipiting process.The results show the method of ethanol extraction is better than that of water extraction and ethanol precipitation.50% of ethanol is the most suitable concentration for extracting Baicalin,with it the yield and content are respectively 8.72% and 94.0%.更多还原
