电场处理无芒雀麦种子对其幼苗酶活性的影响
The Influence of Seeds Treated by Electric Field on Enzyme Vigor of Seedlings of Bromus inermis
【摘要】 用不同强度电场处理无芒雀麦种子5min,在正常水分和室温(20~24℃)条件下培养,取幼苗测定其丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性.结果表明:经不同电场处理后的无芒雀麦种子其幼苗中的MDA含量、SOD和POD的活性发生不同变化,变化幅度分别为-15.4%~36.3%、12.7%~-25.1%和72.5%~-20.0%.
【Abstract】 Bromus inermis seeds had been treated with different intensities of electric fields for five minutes,and then planted them in a pot at room temperature (20~24 ℃),the seedling were taken to analyse the contents of MDA(malon-di-aldehyde) and the vigors of SOD(superoxide dismutase) and POD(peroxidase).The results show that different intensities of electric fields have different effects on the content of MDA,and the vigors of SOD and POD,the changing range of the MDA is about -15.4% to 36.3%,that of SOD and POD is about 12.7% to -25.1% and 72.5% to -20.0% respectively.
