【摘要】 调查发现,高校大学生在体育活动中仍有伤害事故发生且较普遍。笔者从现行的法律法规入手,分析研究大学生体育活动中伤害事故责任的类型,认为发生伤害事故的法律责任相关当事人是学校、教师、学生本人和其他人,根据相关当事人在伤害事故中履行义务或有无过错的情况,来承担相应的法律责任;大学生在校期间应通过购买伤残保险以及社会和高校建立体育运动伤害事故专项基金等方式来解决严重伤害事故。更多还原

【Abstract】 The survey shows that injury accidents take place now and then, so are quite common when college students take part in sports activities. To start with the present existing laws and regulations, the author analyses the types of injury accidents when they take part in sports activitities, thinking that the parties concerned are colleges and universities, teachers, students themselves and some others when injury accidents accur, and the parties concerned ought to shoulder their legal responsibilities in accordance with their obligations and faults in the course of the injuny accidents. College students ought to buy wounded and disable insurance, or the special fund for injury accidents of sports activities between society and colleges and universities and some other means to solve the problem.更多还原
