电站锅炉一二次风风速在线监测系统的研制

【摘要】 目前,国产机组的燃烧监测手段落后,作为设计和指导锅炉燃烧调整的重要参数———锅炉一、二次风喷口风速,一直没有能实现实时、准确的测量,电站锅炉的燃烧调整缺乏科学的手段,直接影响着锅炉的安全经济运行。现就该问题的现状进行技术分析,通过介绍锅炉一、二次风风速在线监测系统的研制,提出了解决该问题的有效途径。

【Abstract】 So far, combustion monitor methods for domestic units are out of date with many reasons. As an important parameter to design and instrument boiler’s combustion adjustment, the primary and secondary air speed of boiler have not realized real-time and precise measurement. Combustion adjustment for boiler of power plants is on blind and semi-blind status. This condition directly influences safe and economic operation of boiler. The problem’s status was analyzed technicallythrough introducing the on-line monitor system for primary and secondary air speed of boiler, and an effective way to solve this problem was put forward. At present, this system is a new kind of combustion monitor means instead of old ones.
