【摘要】 按照国家技术监督局发布的《牛冷冻精液质量检测方法》(GB4 14 3-XX附录B) ,测定了内蒙古家畜改良站利木赞、红安格斯、安格斯、海福特、西门塔尔、夏洛来、盖罗韦等 7个品种种公牛的冷冻精液解冻后成活率、顶体完整率、活力、每剂量中成直线前进运动精子数、畸形率和每剂量菌落数。所测 7个品种牛冷冻精液解冻后成活率均大于 5 % ,个别个体的冻精成活率达到 15 % ;顶体完整率均高于 76 % ;活力大于 35 % ;每剂量成直线前进运动精子数均大于 1.2 4× 10 7、畸形精子率小于 18%、细菌菌落数小于 5 0 0个。测定结果表明 ,内蒙古家畜改良站生产的牛冷冻精液质量指标均达到国家标准更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the 《Bull Refrigerant Seminal Quality Examine Method》(GB4143-XX appendix B) promulgated by national technique surveillance office,the ratio of survive spermatozoon in defrosted semen,the ratio of intact acrosome spermatozoon in defrosted semen, activity of spermatozoon in defrosted semen, the number of going forward in straight line spermatozoon in each dose defrosted semen,the ratio of abnormal spermatozoon in defrosted semen, and bacterium number in each dose defrosted semen of 7 breed bull: Limousin, red Angus, Angus, Hereford, simmental, Charolais, Gailuovei which herded on Inner Mongolia livestock improving station were tested.The results showed that the ratio of survive spermatozoon in defrosted semen of all 6 breeds were more than 5%,that on some individual more than 15%;the ratio of integrity acrosome spermatozoon in defrosted semen were over 76%;activity of spermatozoon in defrosted semen was over 35%;the number of straight line going forward movement spermatozoon in each dose defrosted semen were over 1.24×10~7, the ratio of abnormal spermatozoon in defrosted semen less than 18%; and bacterium number in each dose defrosted semen of 7 breed bull less 500.更多还原
