基于灰色GM(1,1)模型的注塑成型压力的预测与研究
THE OPTIMIZATION AND PREDICTION OF PRESSURE OF INJECTION MOLDING BASED ON GM(1,1)
【摘要】 本文针对注塑成型过程中注射压力的优化及预测问题,应用注射过程流动模拟软件HSCAE3DRF5.1及三维实体造型软件PRO/E2000i,以洗衣机后挡板注塑件为实例研究对象,组织注射压力和注射时间的输入输出参数样本,建立灰色GM(1,1)模型,同CAE模拟结果比较,其误差在允许的工程误差范围之内,证实了该模型在注塑压力优化和预测中的可行性.
【Abstract】 This paper aims at studying the optimization and prediction of injection pressure during the injection molding process.Based on the simulation software of the filling flow HSCAE and the three-dimensional modeling software PRO/E,using the backboard of washing machine as the object of study,the input and output parameters of injection pressure and time are collected,and a GM (1,1) model is built.Its results are close to those from CAE analysis,and its error falls within the engineering-permitted error range.This proves the applicability of the Grey Model in the optimization and prediction of the injection pressure during the injection molding process.
