葵花籽油表面活性剂的制备研究
A STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS OF SURFACE-ACTIVE AGENTS FROM SUNFLOWER OIL
【摘要】 本文以内蒙古自治区丰富的葵花籽油为原料,采用甲醇进行改性,将改性油与乙醇胺进行酰胺化反应、与磷酸化试剂进行磷酸化反应,制得新型表面活性剂—葵花籽油脂肪酸烷醇酰胺和磷酸酯盐.讨论了反应原理,考察了反应条件对反应的影响.对相应的产物进行了IR分析.
【Abstract】 New surfactants,alkylolamide and phosphatic ester,are synthesized from sunflower oil,abundantly produced in Inner Mongolia.The process of synthesis is as follows:first,sunflower oil is made to react with methanol.The modified sunflower oil is then made to react with ethanolamine and,finally,with phosphatizing agent to have the surfactants prepared.This paper presents a discussion on the reactive steps and principles as well as on the influential factors in each reaction.At the same time,reactive conditions of each reaction are reviewed and IR analysis is made on products from each reaction.
