【摘要】 以牛心朴子草为原料,研究了不同提取剂及其操作条件对总生物碱提取率的影响.结果表明,采用酸性工业酒精提取要优于酸性水;在40℃,以pH为1～2的工业酒精,浸泡牛心朴子草8～10小时,可获得0.12%的提取率.同时考察了在去除提取液中生物碱杂质成分时的活性炭适宜用量.更多还原

【Abstract】 Cynanchum Komarovii Al.Iljinski is used as the raw material to be immersed for cxtraction of alkaloid.The influence of different cxtractants and different operational conditions on the percentage of gross alkaloid extraction is studied.Experiments show that the result of extraction using acidic industrial alcohol is better than that using acidic solution.When Cynanchum Komarovii Al.Iljinski is immersed in industrial alcohol (pH:1~2) at 40 ℃ for 8~10 hours,the extraction percentage can come up to 0.12%.The influence of sorbent quantity is also studied with non-alkaloid residue removed from the extraction solution.更多还原
