【Abstract】 From the point of view of theory and practice,civil society is the result of the market economy and is closely related to the modern construction.The Chinese civil society is coming into being and growing gradually along with the establishment and development of the Chinese socialist market economy system.Due to the historical and cultural reasons,Chinese civil society could keep natural and well relation with the nation itself.This will enable the civil society to play a very important in the construction of the Chinese political modernization,economic modernization and huminin modernization.The reasons are as the following:1.
