【Abstract】 Besides strengthening internal business management and improving product operation,successful capital operation is also very important for an enterprise to grow in the market economy rapidly and healthily. Through a overall observation of the world famous business development history,we can find almost every business grow through utilizing capital operation. This paper analyses and discusses the meaning and the features of capital operation as well as main ways and their respective characteristics of the capital operation in China.
