【Abstract】 Many conceptions, starting points and examples in the "New Proposal " do not conform with the stipulations or meet the requirements as formulated in the ISO/TC 46/SC 2. The conceptions and interpretations of the"New Proposal " on basic elements, letters and their variants completely ignore the achievements of Mongolian linguistics with its centuries-old tradition and are built up on the author’s own willingness and therefore betray numerous intolerable fallacies. For the above-mentioned reasons, the "New Proposal " is incapable of transliterating the Mongolian script in a scientific way, hence nor worthy of consideration as a proposal of the Mongolian transliteration for a serious discussion. It is an imprudent attitude that the "New Proposal " has adopted towards Mongol letters and their variants, an attitude which completely ignores and disregards the Mongol philological tradition and the existing achievements of Mongol linguistics.更多还原
