论高等院校教师队伍素质现状及改进对策
On the Current Situation of Teachers’ Qualities in Higher Institutions and Countermeasures
【摘要】 我国高等院校教师队伍在不断发展壮大,取得了一些成绩,但从我国日益发展的高等教育需求而言,还存在着不容忽视的问题,我们必须提高认识,采取措施,切实提高教师队伍的素质。
【Abstract】 In recent years the numbers of college teachers is increasing rapidly. There still exist some problems that cannot be ignored. Therefore, we must improve our awareness and take some necessary countermeasures to improve teachers’ qualities.
