微波法合成乙酰水杨酸
Synthesis of Acetosalicylic Acid by Microwave Radiation
【摘要】 以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,无水乙酸钠作催化剂微波辐射合成乙酰水杨酸,并通过L9(34)正交实验筛选出最佳合成条件:n(水杨酸):n(乙酸酐)=1:20,微波功率180W,辐射时间60s,n(催化剂);(水杨酸)=1:20,重结晶后产率可达85.5%。
【Abstract】 It is stated in the dissertation that, taking salicylic acid and acetic anhydride as the materials, thesynthesis of acetosalicylic acid can be achieved by microwave radiation with anhydrous as the catalyst, and theannealing rate can come up to 85.5%.
