【Abstract】 Based on the the exhibition and character of technologicalization of finance in respect to functional-ism, the technology can mainly affect the finance by reducing the transaction cost,getting rid of the temporal and special restriction and revolutionizing the information medium,etc. The effects of technologicalization of finance include economic affection, institutional aftermath and mental influence on the whole society. Meanwhile, it is not only the motivity of economic development,but also the origin of economic crisis;and it can not only optimize the financial efficiency,but also induce the unbalance of fairness.
