自发性高血压大鼠模型的应用研究进展
The study Development of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats Model
【摘要】 自发性高血压大鼠模型广泛应用于人类高血压病及高血压药物的筛选的研究。本文就自发性高血压大鼠血管平滑肌和心肌细胞的电生理特性以及自发性高血压大鼠在高血压形成机制及治疗方面的研究做一综述。
【Abstract】 The model of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) are extensively applied to the study of humans hypertension diseases and the choice of hypertensive medicines.The review focus on the electrophysiological characteristics of SHR in blood vessel smooth muscle and myocardium cells,the study of hypertensive formation mechanism and hyperensive cure.;
