【摘要】 目的:通过心痛宁加味方对实验性心肌缺血大鼠的实验研究,探索传统中草药和新疆维吾尔药共同组方的复方制剂心痛宁加昧方的疗效及作用机理。方法:采用结冠状动脉造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型。检测冠状动脉结扎后心肌梗塞面积。结果:心痛宁加味方对大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血有明显的改善作用,与复方丹参片对照组比较,有效缩小心肌梗塞范围。结论:心痛宁加味方对实验性心肌缺血大鼠具有抗心肌缺血、缩小心肌梗塞范围的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This article tried to find out the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Xintongningjiawei Fang (心痛宁加味方) by experiment research of an acute myocardial ischemia rat model .which compound formula is combined of traditional Chinese herb and Xinjiang Uygar. Methods: an acute myocardial ischemia rat model was made by ligating the coronary artery. Measuring myocardial infracted zone sizes Results: The effect was better than FFDSP (复方丹参片)on reducing the standard of " S - T " segment height of acute myocardial ischemia rat model. diminishing the size of myocardial infracted zone. Conclusion: the possible mechanism of XTNJWF is that it could prevent from myocardial ischemia and diminish the size of myocardial infracted zone.更多还原
