正常人吲哚青绿排泄试验:四点法与两点法的比较

【摘要】 目的:探讨吲哚青绿排泄试验四点法的优势。方法:于零时、注射吲哚青绿后5、10、15分钟采血样测吸光度,取两点法吲哚青绿15分钟滞留率、四点法吲哚青绿15分钟滞留率、消散期血浆清除率、半衰期和消散期零时浓度为指标,利用Excel 2000处理试验资料,比较吲哚青绿排泄试验四点法、两点法各实验指标在正常男、女组间及组内有无差异。结果:男、女组间各实验指标无显著性差异(P>0.05);男、女组内两点法、四点法吲哚青绿15分钟滞留率比较及男、女两组合并后组内比较两点、四点法吲哚青绿15分钟滞留率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:尽管两点法、四点法吲哚青绿15分钟滞留率统计学无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是四点法吲哚青绿排泄试验能够提供更多的参考数据,四点法吲哚青绿15分钟滞留率更符合滞留率概念。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the advantage of four-point indocyanine green relation test in healthy volunteers, compared with two-point one.Methods: 14 volunteers without liver were divided into man group(7 cases) ,woman group(7 cases) , and 3rd group(all 14 volunteers) . blood samples in which ICC concentrations were measured by a spectrophotometrics method were drawn from the antecubital vein in the opposite arm before and 5,10,15 minutes after intravenous injection of 0.5 mg/Kg ICG . The value of ICC retention rate of two-point method , ICG retention rate of four-point method , plasma diappearance rate , half-time of the dye in the circulation and ICC concentration at 0 minute were compared between the first group the second one . Thevalue of ICG retention rate of both two-point method and four-point method were compared in the first group, the second one or the 3rd group.Data were analysed by Excel 2000 software. Results: There was no significant difference in all the parameters between the first group and the second one (P>0.05).The comparison of the difference in the value of ICC 15-minute retention rate of both two-point method and four-point both in 1st group , 2st one or 3rd one shows a low degree of statistical significance(P> 0. 05). Conclusion: Both two-point IS - minutes retention ratio and four-point one is qualified for clinical evaluation of hepatic function , the latter better accords with conception of ICC retention ratio with four-point indocyanine green test better conforming to pharmacokinetics.
