【Abstract】 Objective:In order to measurement Lipid peroxide(LPO)easily and exactly in normal laboratories.Methods:we adopt the modified iodometric method to assayment in LPO.we have measurement LPO of LDL,endothlium-condition medium and human plasma,and four quality control indexes,including standard curve,accuracy,precision and stability were investigated. Results:The results indicated that this method has good accuracy,sensitivity,precision,stability,and be easily practice by normal laboratories.Conclusion:It should be an important supplement to the methodology of LPO measurement.更多还原
