【摘要】 目的 :观察床边超声心动图在心血管急危重症中的临床应用价值。方法 :对 110例危重和急症心血管患者的床边超声心动图进行了回顾分析。结果 :本组 4 7例急性心肌梗死患者进行床边超声心动图检查 ,测量左室射血分数 (EF) ,指导临床治疗 ,EF≥ 5 0 %者 2 1例 ;≥ 4 0 % ,但≤4 9%者 12例 ;≥ 30 % ,但≤ 39%者 8例 ;≤ 2 9%者 6例。 4 1例 (37.3% )怀疑有心血管疾病 ,进行床边超声心动图检查得以明确诊断 ,17例 (15 .5 % )改变了最初的临床诊断和治疗决策。 2 6例急性心肌梗死 ,EF≤ 4 9%者 ,经治疗后复查床边超声心动图 ,为评估疗效和预后提供了重要信息。结论 :床边超声心动图可为危重和急症心血管疾病迅速提供可靠的诊断信息、修正临床诊断和治疗决策、评估心脏功能、治疗效果和预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical value of bedside echocardiography for critical cardiovascular diseases. Methods: The clinical data and bedside echocardiography of 110 patients with critical cardiovascular disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was assessed by bedside echocardiography in 47 patients with acute myocardial infarction. EF≥50% observed in 21 cases; EF≥40% but ≤49% observed in 12 cases; EF≥30% but ≤39% observed in 8 cases; EF ≤ 29% observed in 6 cases. Diagnosis was made by bedside echocardiography in 41 ( 37.3%) patients who were suspected with cardiovascular disease. Clinical diagnosis and therapeutic strategy was changed in 17 ( 15.5%) patients. The effects of treatments and outcome were evaluated by bedside echocardiography in 26 patients with acute myocardial infarction. It provides important information in estimating the therapeutic effect and prognosis of the disease. Conclusion: Bedside echocardiography can provide reliable diagnositic information, to identify the clinical diagnosis and make therapeutic decision as well as evaluation of heart function, therapeutic effect and prognosis.更多还原
