利用室温转化法合成硒化银量子点

【摘要】 本文采用室温转化法、分别用乙二胺与氨水做模板合成硒化银量子点,对合成的硒化银样品进行了 X-射线衍射分析,并在透射电子显微镜下研究了模板对合成硒化银形态的影响.

【Abstract】 Synthesis of silver selenide quantum dots (QD) using room temperature conversion method has been investigated. Ethylene diamine and ammonia acted as templates. The influence of different templates on sizes of formed Ag2Se QDs has also been studied. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the products of the different size could be obtained. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that it was orthorhombic structre crystal. The mechanism was also inferred.
