泸州老窖窖泥物理特性及矿物元素含量差异研究
Study on difference of heavy metal content and physical characteristics in cellar mud of Luzhou Laojiao
【摘要】 研究了不同窖龄不同层次之间窖泥矿物元素和微团聚体的差异。结果表明 :(1)锰、锌、钙、铜含量有随窖龄增加而增加的趋势 ,但铁和镁含量差异不大。窖龄 4 30年的国宝窖池 ,全窖平均锰含量分别比 10 0年、4 0年和 2 0年窖泥高 7.5 %、6 3.2 %、4 8.5 % ;锌含量分别高 112 %、37%和 170 % ;钙含量分别高 4 7.8%、39.4 %和 33.9%。 (2 )同一窖池不同层次窖泥中的铁、锰、铜、锌、钙、镁含量差异较明显 ,其中铁含量是窖壁上层高于窖壁下层 ;锰含量上层为下层的 1.2 8~ 1.6 5倍 ,窖底为窖壁的 1.4 8~ 2 .75倍 ;锌含量百年以上老窖池 ,窖底约为窖壁的 2 .39~ 2 .95倍 ,4 0年和 2 0年的窖池窖底仅为窖壁的 0 .6 9~ 0 .81倍 ;镁含量窖壁上层比下层高 0 .0 9倍 ,窖底泥比下层高 0 .11倍 ;钙含量窖底约为窖壁的 2 .38~ 4 .6 9倍。 (3)百年以上老窖泥的分散系数、结构系数以及团聚度 (1~ 0 .0 5mm % )均有比 4 0年和 2 0年窖龄窖池高的趋势 ,窖壁泥有比窖底泥略高的趋势
【Abstract】 The difference of heavy metal content and physical characteristics of cellar mud between different cellar ages and different cellar layers were studied. The results show that (1) The contents of manganese, zinc, calcium, and cuprum in the cellar mud increase with the ages of cellar mud. but the difference of contents of iron and magnesium in different ages mud is not significant. The contents of heavy metal in the national treature cellar that with 429 years old is much different compare with the other cellars. The content of manganese in the national treature cellar is 7.5%,63.2%,48.5% higher than that in the cellar mud with the ages of 100 years old, 37 years old and 19yrears old, respectively . the content of Zinc is 1.12, 0.37,and 1.70 times higher than that , respectively. The content of calcium is 47.8% ,39.4%, 33.9% higher than that , respectively.(2) The difference of contents of iron,manganese,cuprum,zinc and magnesium in different cellar layers is much significant. The content of iron in the uper cellar wall mud is higher than that in the lower cellar wall mud. The content of manganese in uper cellar mud is 1.28~1.65 times as high as that in the lower cellat wall mud, and is 1.48~2.75 times in the bottom cellar mud as high as that in the cellar wall mud .The content of zinc in the bottom cellar mud with the ages of more than 100 years old is 2.39~2.95 times as high as that in cellar wall mud. but in the cellars mud with 37 and 19years old , it is only 0.69~0.81 times in the bottom cellar mud as high as that in the cellar wall mud .The content of magnesium in the uper cellar wall mud is 8.7% higher than that in the lower cellar wall mud. In the bottom cellar mud , it is 11.0% higher than that in the lower cellar wall mud .The content of calcium in the bottom cellar mud is 2.38~4.69 times as high as that in the cellar wall mud.(3)The disperse coefficient,construct coefficient, and the assemble degree(1~0.005mm%) in the cellar mud with more than 100 years old is higher than in that with 37 and 19years old.It is slightly higher in the cellar wall mud than in the bottom cellar mud.
