【Abstract】 The combination of saline and high pressure homogenization for extracting RNA from spent brewer’s yeast was studied. The optimal condition was obtained by orthogonal experiment. The concentration of the yeast was 10%, and salt was 5%, and the cell wall was broken with high pressure homogenization twice. The broken yeast was heated for 3h at 950C. When the supernatant was recycled at the third times, the yield of RNA is up to 3.67%.更多还原
