【摘要】 目的　建立滑膜炎颗粒剂中原儿茶醛的含量测定方法质量。方法　采用高效液相色谱法对方中原儿茶醛进行含量测定。结果　高效液相色谱法测定结果表明原儿茶醛在 0 .10 0 5～ 1.0 0 5 μg范围内呈线性关系 ,平均加样回收率为99 .2 2 % ;RSD为 0 .72 %。结论　本法简便 ,重现性好、结果可靠 ,可作为控制滑膜炎颗粒剂的质量方法更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish determination method for the content of protocatechualdehyde in Huamoyan Granule.METHOD High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of protocatechualdehyde in Huamoyan Granule.RESULT The result of high performance liquid chromatography determination suggested that within the range of 0.001 5～1.005 μg, protocatechualdehyde assumed linear correlation, the average sample recovery rate was 99.22% and RSD was 0.72%.CONCLUSION This method is simple and reliable with good reproducibility, and therefore can be used in the quality control for Huamoyan Granule.更多还原
