染色体自动分析系统的关键技术
Key Technologies in Automatic Chromosome Analysis System
【摘要】 综述了染色体自动分析系统中图像分析的关键技术,着重对边界跟踪、中轴提取、着丝点确定等几个关键步骤进行了详细的描述。实验表明,这一系列处理方法对染色体特征的自动提取是十分有效的。
【Abstract】 Describe a system we have constructed that provides for Automatic Analysis System of metaphase chromosome. We expatiates on the key steps in the chromosome image analysis, including edge detection, axis determination, centromere determination. Experiment show that all the series of processing methods are effective for feature extraction.
