【Abstract】 In this paper, a receiver-initiated medium access control algorithm with transmit power control is presented for Ad Hoc networks based on the combination of the multi-packet reception and power control. The theoretic analysis of throughput and energy consumption about this algorithm is given. Compared with RTS/CTS(request to send/clear to send) hand mechanism, the throughput is improved obviously, meanwhile the system power has been decreased more than 60 percent at most.更多还原
