【Abstract】 This paper introduces the VDSL(Very High-Speed Digital Subscriber Line) application drivers firstly. Then, it describes the near-far FEXT problem in the upstream direction of VDSL, as well as the methods and implementation mechanism of upstream power back-off to mitigate the near-far problem.
