【摘要】 目的 :研究鱼腥草注射液对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响并分析其机制。方法 :将经过预筛选的小鼠随机分组 ,通过迷宫实验以及测定脑组织中丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AChE)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的含量或活性 ,判定鱼腥草注射液对小鼠学习记忆能力的作用。结果 :鱼腥草注射液可以提高小鼠Y迷宫测试的正确次数 ,提高脑组织中SOD和NOS的活性 ,降低脑组织中MDA的含量。结论 :鱼腥草注射液对小鼠学习记忆能力具有促进作用 ,并具有抗氧化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Herba Houttuynia e injection on the ability of learning and memory of mice, then analyse its mechan ism. Method Pre-selected mice were randomly divided into five groups of different content of Herba Houttuyniae, applying Y-maze and colorimet er were used and the content of MDA, the enzyme activity of SOD of mice brai n, AChE and NOS were measured. Result Herb a Houttuyniae injection increased the correct actions of mice in Y-maze and increased the enzyme activity of SOD and NOS , but the content of MDA decreased. Conclusion Herba Houttuyniae injection can enhance the ability of learning and memory of mice, and has the effect of antioxidation.更多还原
