【摘要】 目的 :建立高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法测定人血清中头孢他啶浓度的方法。方法 :HPLC法采用的色谱柱为C18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 0 .0 2mol·L- 1 磷酸二氢钾溶液 (1.5∶8.5 ) ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .5～ 80mg·L- 1 (r =0 .9992 5 ) ,回收率为 81.69%～ 10 0 .0 1% ,日内RSD为 2 .96%～ 5 .80 % ,日间RSD为 3 .5 0 %～ 6.96%。结论 :HPLC法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于药代动力学研究以及患者血药浓度的监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up method of high performance li quid chromatography(H PLC) to determine ceftazidime in human serum. Method HPLC was used,with its coloum of C18, the mobile phase of methanol∶KH 2PO 4(1.5∶8.5), the detector wave of 254-nm. Results The calibration curve was in the range of 0.5～80-mg·L -1. The recovery was 81.69%～100.01%, within- da y and intra-day RSD were 2.96%～5.80% and 3.50%～6.96%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It was special for the studies of pharmacokinetics and determination the serum conceratration of ceftazidime.更多还原
