南京市企业集群发展中的政府效应

【摘要】 随着经济全球化发展,企业集群正面临来自国内更大的竞争压力,如何利用已形成的集群优势实现 本地产业结构升级、如何在激烈的竞争中保持自身的区域竞争优势、如何定位政府在企业集群发展中的角色 已成为企业集群发展中迫切要解决的问题。本文从理论上论证了企业集群发展的关键在于营造集群内区域 创新系统,并侧重分析政府在集群发展和营造区域创新系统的作用,最后根据我市的集群现状提出了具体的 策略措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economic globalization, clusters of enterprises are facing to further home pressure of competition. How to use the formed advantage of cluster to upgrade the structure of industries in the region? How to keep its own regional competitive advantage in drastic competition? How to position government’s role in cluster development? All these questions are to be solved imminently. The article contributes to reasoning that the key in developing clusters consists in its establishment of regional system of innovation, in particular analyzing the role of government in developing clusters and forming system of innovation.
