多层次全方位利用资本市场促进南京经济的可持续发展

【摘要】 本文从贯彻国务院关于《推进资本市场改革和稳定发展的9点意见》的视角,分析了《意见》出台的 及时性和必要性。同时,结合南京市城区、宁南和江北地区资本市场发展现状,论文提出了大力发展南京市资 本市场发展的五点对策建议,第一,继续鼓励企业多渠道上市融资,构筑扩大直接融资的平台;第二,从培育和 发展产权交易平台入手,建立和完善"南京市产权交易中心"的功能,重视多层次的产权交易市场建设;第三, 深化地方金融改革,构建支持中小企业创业和"三农"发展的金融服务平台;第四.积极拓展债券、风险投资、信 托等市场。着力构建重大项目直接融资、储蓄投资良性循环的投融资平台;第五,加快建立以民营资本为主体 的风险投资机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 To carry through "Nine Opinions to Promote Reform and Stable Development for Capital Market" issued by the State Council,this paper studies the reasons why it is promulgated in time and necessary. Meanwhile, the paper puts forth five advisory proposals to development the capital market for Nanjing city, based on three different regions’ status quo of Nanjing capital markets. The proposals include five aspects: Firstly, keep on encourage enterprises to financing in capital market in multi-channels, and construct direct-financing platform; Secondly, build and consummate the functions for "The Nanjing Property Right Business Center", and attach importance to construction of the property right business in multi-levels; Thirdly, deepen local financial reform and construct financial service platform to support small enterprises and "Three-Agri" services; Fourthly, aspiringly develop bond market, risk investment, and affiance market, and construct direct-financing, saving-investing prosperous cycle financial platform; Finally, expeditely build up risk investment function in main body of private capital.更多还原
