【摘要】 传统百货业、超市业与BTOC(BusinesstoCustomer)网站是我国目前零售业中的三种基本模式,我国零售业未来发展的模式是百货超市业与BTOC网站的结合。

【Abstract】 The traditional general merchandise industry, supermarket industry and BTOC (Business to Customer) website are three kinds of basic modes in the retail business at present in our country. The mode of development in the future of retail business of our country is the combination of the general merchandise supermarket industry and BTOC web site.
