离体培养黄瓜子叶花芽分化研究
Study on Flower Bud Differentiation of Cucumis sativus L. in Vitro
【摘要】 经剥离外种皮和浸种处理,明显促进黄瓜无菌实生苗的萌芽率和整齐度提高,含琼脂0.6%的改良MS培养基有利于种子吸胀和萌芽,赤霉素处理离体黄瓜子叶不能诱导花芽分化,萘乙酸的促进作用不明显,激动素KT1.0诱导花芽分化的频率最高。
【Abstract】 Peeling off skin and dipping in water are both benefit to increase the germination percent and tidiness of Cucumis sativus L., culture medium with 0.6% agar is convenient for seed to drink water and germination.GA invalid for flower bud differentiation of Cucumis sativus L. in vitro, the action of NAA isn’t effective, KT1.0 is the best treat to increase the flower bud differentiation of Cucumis sativus L. in vitro.
