【摘要】 探讨不同性别各年龄段普通成年人在运动至“力竭”时的心肺功能变化的特点 ,并就心率、运动时间等指标与运动至“力竭”时吸氧量的关联进行分析 .结果表明各项测试指标分布均显示出明显的性别年龄特征 ;运动时间、心率、工作能力、吸氧量均随年龄的增长而下降 ;男性在运动时间、工作能力、吸氧量等指标上高于女性 .运动至力竭时所需时间与氧量之间显示出高度的相关

【Abstract】 To examine the changes of cardiorespiratory function in exercise testing, and investigate the correlation among exercise time, heart rate, and physical working capacity, oxygen consumption in non-trained adults. Exercise were conducted using cycle ergometer in non-trained adults (421 males, 411 females) aged 30~69 years, and the data of heart rate, physical working capacity, oxygen consumption were collected. the exercise time, and the heart rate, physical working capacity and oxygen consumption in the endpoint of the exercise test declined with age, and the males had longer exercise time, and higher physical working capacity, oxygen consumption when compared with females (p<0.01). The exercise time was found to significantly correlate with peak oxygen consumption in males and females (p<0.001). However, there were no significant correlation between maximal heart rate and peak oxygen consumption in adults aged 40~69 years. Since the values of cardiorespiratory function in exercise test change with age and sex, different exercise test protocols were needed when perfoming exercise test in dirrerent sex and age groups.
