纳米光学功能材料Gd2O3:Tb3+的反相微乳合成及发光性能
Preparation and Optical Properties for Functional Nanoparticles Gd2O3:Tb3+
【摘要】 采用反相微乳液法合成Gd2O3:Tb3+纳米粒子,对其晶体结构、发光性能和最佳发光离子浓度进行了研究,并且与草酸盐共沉淀法制得的Gd2O3:Tb3+相比,结果表明,其粒径减小,晶体形成温度降低了近100℃.
【Abstract】 nanoparticles Gd2O3:Tb3+ were prepared in the reverse microemulsions based on triton X-100/n-hexyl alcohol, n-octane, and water. With the Gd2O3:Tb3+ nanoparticles obtained in this way, we do research on their crystal structure, luminescent property and best luminescent ionic content, and all these properties are compared with those of particles formed by oxalate coprecipitation method.
