十二内酰胺改性铸型尼龙的研究
Studies on MC Nylon Modified with Laurolactam
【摘要】 介绍了十二内酰胺改性铸型尼龙的制备方法 ,在绝热条件下通过活化阴离子共聚制得己内酰胺与十二内酰胺共聚体 .通过扭摆的自由振动测定其动态剪切模量和力学损耗 ,结果表明α转变温度随共聚单体浓度而不同 ,当共聚物中十二内酰胺与已内酰胺的物质的量之比为 1∶9时 ,Tα 显著降低 .讨论了改性铸型尼龙结构变化对其性能的影响 ,测试了制品性能与十二内酰胺用量的关系 ,发现随十二内酰胺含量的增加 ,共聚体缺口冲击强度增加 ,形变能力得到改善 .
【Abstract】 In this paper the synthetic method for MC nylon modified with laurolactam is presented. The copolymer of caprolactam with laurolactam can be prepared by activated anionic copolymerization under the adiabatic condition. The dynamic modulous G′ and mechanical damping tan δ of the copolymer can be measured by means of the free vibration on a torsion pendulum. It is evident that the α-maximum temperature T α varies with the concentration of comonomers. A remarkable decrease in T α is shown with the ratio of 10 mole laurolactam to 90 mole caprolactam in the copolymer. The effect of modified MC nylon on its properties has been investigated, with the dependence of the properties on the amount of laurolactam examined. It is obvious that the notched impact strength and deformability will be increased with the increase in laurolactam content of the copolymer.
