【摘要】 就业弱势群体是指在求职和就业中容易或已经遭遇挫折和困难的人群。在转型期该群体主要包括下岗失业人员、农民工、女性就业者、残疾人等。转型期的社会变革和弱势群体自身某些素质和能力的不足 ,使得该群体在就业竞争中处于困境。据此 ,发展服务业与民营经济 ,拓宽就业渠道 ,对弱势群体出台扶持政策并实施特别管理 ,加快社会保障制度建设并完善就业保障 ,促使弱势群体实现自我社会资本生成应是有效的解困之策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The groups at risk of employment refer to those groups who are easy to encounter or have encountered frustration and difficulty in employment or job hunting. In the transition period, they mainly include laid-off people, peasant workers, women employees, the handicapped, etc. Social changes and their own lacks in certain qualities and capabilities situate them at risk of employment.
