镧离子对苜蓿种子萌发的影响
Effect of lanthanum ions on germination of Alfalfa seed
【摘要】 分别用 0、 2 0、 5 0、 10 0、 2 0 0、 5 0 0、 70 0、 90 0、 12 0 0和 15 0 0 μg·mL-1的La (NO3 ) 3 和NaNO3 (对照 )处理苜蓿种子 4 8h。实验结果表明 ,萌发种子生长素 (IAA)、赤霉素 (GAs)和细胞分裂素 (CTK)等植物激素的含量明显增加 ,而脱落酸 (ABA)含量变化不大 ;α 淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶等水解酶的活性显著增强。用 2 0~ 70 0 μg·mL-1的La (NO3 ) 3处理苜蓿种子 ,能加快其萌发 ,明显提高种子活力 ,其中以 5 0 0 μg·mL-1处理的效果最佳 ,12 0 0~ 15 0 0 μg·mL-1处理则抑制种子萌发。
【Abstract】 Alfalfa seeds were soaked in La(NO 3) 3 or NaNO 3(CK)solution with the concentrations 01 500 μg·mL -1 for 48 h.Results showed that the contents of indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),gibberellins(GAs)and cytokinin(CTK)and activities of α-amylase,proteinase and lipase were increased,but the contents of abscisic acid(ABA)were relatively stable during germination.The vigor of seed and the root growth were promoted by soaking treatment with 20700 μg·mL -1 La (NO 3) 3.It was recommendable treatment with 500 μg·mL -1 La (NO 3) 3,but it could inhibit the germination hreatment with 1 2001 500 μg·mL -1 La(NO 3) 3.
