【摘要】 本文分析了1994-2002年我国金融业的发展、金融市场效率和结构的特征,认为我国金融的发展与经济的增长存在着显著的相关性,我国金融市场的快速发展对同期经济的高速发展作出了重要贡献。但我国金融市场主要以银行为主,证券市场的发展则相对不足,金融市场效率比较低。为了使我国金融市场健康有序、有效地发展,我们一方面要深化金融改革,另一方面还要着重金融基础实施的建设,完善金融法律法规,提高金融业资源配置的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay, based on an overall analysis of Chinas financial development, efficiency and structure during the year of 1994-2002, finds out that correlation exists between financial development and economic development, and points out, because of the underdeveloped security market, banking industry is complementary as main financing path by enterprises. In a word, the efficiency of financial market is very low. Therefore, it is very important to deepen financial reform and to strengthen financial frame for the healthful and sound development of our financial market.更多还原
