三大国际标准认证通过率纳入“全面小康”量化指标初探
Research on the Rate of Passed Audit of ISO 9000 ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 adopted in Quantifying Index of “Affluent Society”
【摘要】 本文简要介绍了“小康”一词的出现、发展、量化过程及各个阶段的一些量化指标,针对现有的2020年“全面小康”量化指标存在的缺陷提出了自己的观点,分析了把三大国际标准纳入全面小康量化指标的必要性和适用性,并进行了量化表述。
【Abstract】 The appearance and development and process of quantifying of 揳ffluent society攁re introduced in the paper, and their quantifying indexes in their every period are also brought in. The fault of quantifying index is brought about. The necessity and applicability of three international standards to adapt to the quantifying index are analysed, and their quantifying expressions are made.
