【Abstract】 Usually, assorted theorise about competitive advantage reveal the constitution and origins of a corporation’s competitive advantage from one side. However, it is impossible for these theorise to reflect the whole condition of a company’s competitive advantage. Virtually, it is the integration of various competitive advantages that lead to each corporation’s competitive status and management performance. As far as a corporation’s advantage is concerned, it becomes more stable and durable when external produced competitive advantages, interal produced core resource advantages as well as internal produced core competence advantages assemble and finally form the corporation’s competitive advantage group.
