造纸污泥与煤循环流化床混烧试验研究
Experimental Research on Co-combustion of Paper Mill Sludge and Coal in Circulating Fluidized Bed
【摘要】 在一座密相区截面积为 0 .2 3m× 0 .2 3m、高度为 7m的循环流化床燃烧实验装置上进行了造纸污泥与烟煤混烧的实验研究 .探明流化速度、二次风率和空气过剩系数等参数对燃烧性能和SO2 、NOx等排放特性的影响规律 .研究结果为造纸污泥与烟煤混烧焚烧炉的优化设计提供依据
【Abstract】 An experimental research on coˉcombustion of paper mill sludge and coal has been conducted in a7ˉmeterˉhigh hot circulating fluidized bed with a cross section of0.23m×0.23m.The results show how such parameters as fluidizaˉtion velocity,secondary air rate,excess air influence the combustion and the emission of SO 2 、NOx.This research is conˉducive to the optimization of the design of sludge and coal coˉcombustion incinerator.
