12导同步心电图波形检测与识别的研究

【摘要】 设计高保真12通道放大器,同步检测分析12导联心电图是符合国际心电学发展方向的一种新的检测分析方法,该方法可同步整体观察和识别12个导联同一心动周期的波形,提高各种测量、分析计算的准确性,降低目前存在的心电图测量计算的变异性,在临床诊断中具有重要意义.提出采用微机并行口的EPP协议设计A/D卡,实现心电数据采样和传输,既简单易用又使多种设备共享同一个接口,依据不同的软件实现不同的功能,鲁棒性好.使检测分析系统的整机性能更稳定、可靠.

【Abstract】 The cardiac disease is one of the most dangerous diseases jeopardizing people’s health and it is necessary to develop automatic diagnosis instruments. It can not only be applied in predicting patients’ heart diseases but also be helpful for the further research on revealing the mechanism of the heart disease. Electrocardiogram(ECG), as a biomedical signal, is so weak that is always interfered with by noise. For this reason, that noise is greatly suppressed the in electrocardiosignal amplifier is important. To collect the 12 lead ECG signals synchronously on body surface for a cardiac activity cycle can reduce the variability in the measurement and analysis of the ECG signals with advanced signal detecting and processing techniques and can be expected to obtain more information about the internal relations between ECG signals and heart diseases. Thus designing a high fidelity 12 channel amplifier for synchronous 12 lead ECG signals detection and analysis is a method in accordance with the development of international electrophysiology of heart, and it is of great significance in the diagnosis of heart diseases. In this article, we design a 12 channel photoelectricity coupling ECG signals detection system. This system has the merits of safety, wide frequency band(0.05 Hz~1 000 Hz) and low noise. The detection system can analyse a variety of ECG signal parameters. A technique based on computer parallel port EPP protocol is also introduced in the article to designed A/D board to sample and transfer ECG data,that makes multiple devices share the same parallel port by tough using different softwares. The technique makes the whole system more stable and reliable.ECG signal is made up of P wave,QRS wave group,T wave and so on. The amplitude slope method and the template corrective method are applied to identify each wave and compute its parameters (amplitude, interval, duration of each wave).Furthermore, a new algorithm is put forward about inflexion detecting, so that the parameters are more precise to improve the precision of diagnoses.
