【摘要】 美国国会在对外政策特别是对华政策决策上发挥着重要影响。为此,台湾当局对其游说活动不遗余力,成为台美关系的重中之重。在冷战结束前,台湾当局就充分认识到美国国会在对外决策上的重要性,积极开展“国会外交”。冷战结束后,在国际格局变迁和台湾岛内政治生态变化的影响下,台湾当局加大了“国会外交”的力度。在台湾当局的游说活动下美国国会作出了诸多消极的涉台立法活动,严重损害了中国领土主权完整,为此我们应该采取相应的应对策略,为最终完成国家统一打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The US Congress plays a very important role in the shaping of the American diplomaticpolicies and strategies, especially, those that greatly influence the Sino-American bilateral relations.Taiwan authority recognized this and began to lobby the Congress as early as the Cold War. Withthe changes in political patterns worldwide and within Taiwan Island after the Cold War, Taiwan authority has doubled its effort in the "diplomatic moves to lobby the US Congress". Consequently,the US Congress has frequently made wrong decisions, which severely violate the sovereignty and in-tegrity of China. The Chinese government ought to take some countermeasures, which are essential tothe unification of China in the future.更多还原
