胶原蛋白膜改性技术
Preparation and modification of collagen membrane
【摘要】 研究了通过化学改性剂与热处理相结合的方法制备新型仿生膜的技术。通过对3种不同膜改性过程的分析,认为经戊二醛改性剂与热处理后所得的胶原膜具有耐热性强、机械强度高、通透性及生物相容性好的优点,适用于动物细胞培养中的载体要求。
【Abstract】 The methods to prepare novel bio-nomic membrane through denaturation by several chemical agents and heating process were studied. Glutaraldehyde is proved to be the best agent as a denaturant agent among three chemical agents. Collagen membrane denatured through denaturant agent by glutaraldehyde and heating process show good heat-resistant, well mechanical strength, high membrane flux and pretty biocompatibility, and is fit as an excellent carrier for mammalian cell culture.
