三唑酮水解动力学研究
Hydrolysis Dynamics of Triadimefon in Aquatic Environment
【摘要】 采用气相色谱仪分析方法,研究了三唑酮在不同pH和温度条件下的水解动力学情况。实验表明,三唑酮在酸性条件下比较稳定,不易水解,而在碱性条件下水解速度较快。温度升高有利于三唑酮的水解反应,水解活化能为70.47kJ·mol-1,温度效应系数为2.6。三唑酮在模拟水生环境中的实验结果与在缓冲溶液体系中的结果相近,在pH7.18和pH9.25的水中,三唑酮的降解半衰期分别为5.30d和1.15d。
【Abstract】 The first- order hydrolysis kinetics of triadimefon was investigated as a function of pH and temperature. The degradation rate was measured through GC. The pH rate profiles for hydrolysis of triadimefon were obtained at 298 K and the pH value ranged 5~ 9. The results showed that the pH was a critical factor determining the degradation rate of triadimefon in aqueous solutions. Triadimefon was stable in acid water and its hydrolysis easily took place in basic water. In addition, the higher temperature was helpful for the hydrolysis process in the range of 288 K to 308 K in basic water. The activation energy of hydrolysis for triadimefon was 70.47 kJ· mol- 1and the temperature coefficient was 2.6. The degradation of triadimefon in simulated aquatic environment was similar to that in buffer solution. The half- lives of triadimefon degradation in simulated aquatic environment were 5.30 d at pH 7.18 and 1.15d at pH 9.25, respectively.
