20%三唑磷乳油在稻田上的残留试验

【摘要】 用气相色谱法测定了田间试验中20%三唑磷乳油在稻田水、植株、土壤、稻壳和糙米中的残留。用甲苯提取浓缩定容后,在NP检测器的气相色谱上利用外标法进行定量测定,。当田水、水稻、土壤添加水平分别为0.05~2.0mg·L-1,0.05~5.0mg·kg-1,0.05~5.0mg·kg-1时,回收率达95.2%~118.8%、85.0%~102.8%、92.0%~104.0%。结果表明20%三唑磷乳油在稻田水、植株、土壤、稻壳和糙米中的残留量均低于最低检出限2.50×10-4mg·L-1,1.25×10-2mg·kg-1,1.25×10-3mg·kg-1,1.25×10-3mg·kg-1和2.50×10-3mg·kg-1。因而20%三唑磷乳油按4500mL·hm-2的使用量是安全的。

【Abstract】 The residues of 20% triazophos EC in rice field water, plant, rice shell and unpolished rice were determined by gas chromatography. After extracted, concentrated and calibrated with Methylbenzene, samples were determined by gas chromatography equipped with NP detector according to external standards method. The results showed that when the added level in rice field water, rice and soil were 0.05~ 2.0 mg· L- 1, 0.05~ 5.0 mg· kg- 1, 0.05~ 5.0 mg· kg- 1 respectively, the recovery rates were 95.2% ~ 118.8% , 85.0% ~ 102.8% , 92.0% ~ 104.0% respectively. The residues in rice field water, plant, soil, rice shell and unpolished rice were all lower than the minimum detection limits. Therefore, the application of 4 500 mL· hm- 2 triazophos EC on rice field is safety.
