从污泥废料提纯PTA及DOTP的制备
Purification of Terephthalate from Waste Material and Preparation of Dioctyl Terephthalate
【摘要】 以污泥废料为原料提纯PTA ,对下游产品DOTP的合成工艺进行了研究。得到最佳工艺条件为n(PTA):n(辛醇)=1.00:2.30,酯化温度230℃ ,反应时间5.5h。对PTA和DOTP的性质进行了测定并与标准值进行了比较。结果表明 :提纯的PTA的酸值符合工业标准 ,合成的DOTP的折光率与理论值一致。
【Abstract】 Terephthalate(PTA)fromwaste material was purified and dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP)was prepared.The optimum synthetic conditions were as follows:esterification at230℃for5.5h with a1.00:2.30mole ratio between PTA and octyl alcoˉhol.The property of products was tested and compared with the standard value.The results showed that the acid number of PTA purifyingfromwaste material was inconformitywiththe standard value and the refractive powerofthe synthetic DOTPwas in conforˉmity with the theoretical value.
