Al2O3·SiO2短纤维增强铝镁合金复合材料的凝固组织
Solidified Structure of Al2O3·SiO2 Short Fiber Reinforced Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Composites
【摘要】 利用挤压铸造制备了Al2O3·SiO2短纤维增强铝镁合金复合材料,研究了复合材料的凝固组织和凝固偏析.研究结果表明,合金元素通过适当的化学反应可改善纤维与基体的结合;在复合材料的凝固末期,由于选择结晶,剩余液相中的溶质变化导致基体合金类型的改变,最终凝固偏析主要产生在纤维/基体界面上.偏析对材料的组织结构和性能的影响可能是双重的.
【Abstract】 Al2O3·SiO2 short fiber reinforced aluminum-magnesium alloy composites are manufactured by squeeze casting. Solidified structure and solidification seg regation in the composites is studied. The results indicate that the alloy eleme nts can improve the combination between the fibers and the matrix in the composi tes by the proper chemical reactions. At the end of solidification of the compos ites, the change of the solute in the surplus liquid phase results in the type o f matrix alloy being changed because of the selecting crystallization, and the s egregation at interface is finally formed.There may be the dual effects of the s egregation on structures and property of the composites.
