【摘要】 目的加强输液中心病人的管理,提高护理工作效率。方法有序轮候;特殊情况特殊处理。结果病人安心、放心;护士细心、舒心。实施前后病人满意度和静脉穿刺一针见血成功率经字2检验,有显著性差异,P<0.05,说明实施有序轮候后病人满意度和静脉穿刺成功率提高。实施前后轮候时间经t检验,有显著性差异,P<0.05,说明实施有序轮候后病人轮候时间缩短。提高了护理工作效率。结论在输液中心应用有序轮候,增加了病人的信任度和满意度,提高了护士的护理工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To intensify the management of patients in infusion center and improve the quality of nursing care. Methods The patients were asked to take turns for their infusion. Special situation was dealt with in a special way. Results The patients were satisfied and soothed; the nurses was careful and easy as well. The satisfaction rate of patients, one-time success rate for puncturing and the time for waiting were significantly different before and after the execution of taking turns for infusion by ?字2 test (P<0.05), indicating the rise of the satisfaction rate of patients and one-time success rate for puncturing and the shortening of time for waiting. Conclusion The application of taking turns for infusion enhances the trust and satisfaction level and promotes the increase of nursing efficiency.更多还原
